Terms of Service

The terms that govern use of the VioraAI website, demos, accounts, and related services.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and VioraAI (“Viora,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing access to and use of meetviora.com, related marketing pages, demo requests, account experiences, and the VioraAI product and services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, booking a demo, or otherwise indicating acceptance, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Services on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization.

If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. The Services

Viora provides AI-assisted property management capabilities, including agents and workflows for leasing, resident communication, operations, inspections, documents, and related workspace tools. The Services also include our website, educational content, and demo experiences.

Features, interfaces, and integrations may change as the product develops. We may add, modify, or discontinue functionality with or without notice, provided that material paid-service changes will be communicated as required by your order form or subscription agreement, if any.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract and use the Services only for lawful business purposes. The Services are intended for property management professionals and organizations, not for personal consumer use by minors.

You are responsible for the accuracy of registration information, safeguarding credentials, and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at hi@meetviora.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate access for security, abuse, or Terms violations.

4. Customer content and property data

“Customer Content” means information you or your users submit to the Services, including property and portfolio data, resident or prospect communications, documents, work orders, tasks, and configuration settings.

You retain ownership of Customer Content. You grant Viora a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Content solely as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Services for you.

You represent that you have the rights and notices required to provide Customer Content to Viora, including any resident, prospect, employee, or vendor personal information you upload or connect through integrations.

5. AI agents and automated actions

Parts of the Services use artificial intelligence to draft messages, answer questions, schedule work, summarize documents, create tasks, and recommend next steps. AI outputs may be incomplete, incorrect, or inappropriate for a given situation.

  • You remain responsible for reviewing material communications and actions before they affect residents, prospects, vendors, or legal obligations.
  • You should configure escalation and human-review settings appropriate to your risk tolerance and policies.
  • Viora does not provide legal, tax, fair housing, or compliance advice. Consult your own counsel for regulatory requirements.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services in violation of law, including fair housing, privacy, telemarketing, or consumer communication rules.
  • Attempt unauthorized access, probe, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Services or related systems.
  • Upload malware, unlawful content, or content you do not have rights to process.
  • Misrepresent identity, impersonate others, or use the Services to harass residents, prospects, or staff.
  • Resell, sublicense, or provide the Services to third parties except as expressly allowed in writing.
  • Use the Services to train competing models or products using Viora outputs or systems in a prohibited way.

7. Third-party services and integrations

The Services may interoperate with property management systems, email, messaging, storage, analytics, and other third-party tools. Your use of those tools is governed by the third party’s terms. Viora is not responsible for third-party services we do not control, including outages, data handling, or changes to their APIs.

8. Intellectual property

Viora and its licensors own the Services, including software, models (as deployed for the product), designs, trademarks, and documentation. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Viora IP to you. Feedback you provide may be used by Viora to improve the Services without obligation to you.

9. Fees and trials

Website browsing and demo requests are typically free. Paid subscriptions, usage fees, and commercial terms (including renewals, taxes, and payment methods) will be stated in an order form, proposal, or in-product billing terms. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

10. Confidentiality

Each party may receive non-public information from the other. The receiving party will use that information only to perform under these Terms and protect it with reasonable care. Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is public, independently developed, or rightfully received from another source without duty.

11. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated in a signed agreement, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viora disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. AI-generated content is probabilistic and is not guaranteed to be accurate or complete.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viora will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data, even if advised of the possibility. Viora’s aggregate liability arising out of these Terms or the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid to Viora for the Services in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100) if you have not paid fees.

13. Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify Viora against claims arising from your Customer Content, your misuse of the Services, your violation of law or these Terms, or disputes between you and residents, prospects, vendors, or employees, except to the extent caused by Viora’s willful misconduct.

14. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Services or other customers. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends. Provisions that by nature should survive (including ownership, confidentiality, disclaimers, limitations, and indemnity) will survive.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If a change is material to paid customers, we will provide additional notice where reasonably practicable.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Travis County, Texas will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise.
