VioraAI prohibits spam. We design our products and marketing practices so that messaging is permission-based, relevant, and compliant with applicable laws such as CAN-SPAM, CASL, and TCPA where they apply.
Marketing communications
- We send marketing emails only to people who have opted in or otherwise provided a lawful basis for contact.

Product and customer messaging
When customers use Viora to message prospects or residents, those customers are responsible for obtaining required consents, maintaining suppression lists, and complying with messaging laws for their portfolios. Viora provides tools and guidance, but does not authorize abusive or unlawful sending practices.
Reporting abuse
If you believe you received spam from Viora or through a Viora-powered workflow, contact hi@meetviora.com with the message details and we will investigate.
